As you see the client is requesting follow up on issue of NCR by shop QC to record internal QC processes are followed regarding non conformance matters with non qualified positions of weld processes. This is the expectation of client and the shop demonstration that they enforce quality internally which supports the philosophy of a good shop as Braden has done that well.
