Visual and DFT Inspection on Primer Coating per ITP 254716-03 Rev 1, item  016, Drawing 25471-BS-302 Rev 1 and Customer Coating Specification BS-018-01 Rev 2.

Item Inspected: Blower Skid Structure.

Findings: Approximately, ten areas showing Mudcracking Observed mainly on flange edges of beams under floor plates, areas between webs and flanges of beams and other ones on external gussets and external side of beam near lifting lugs.

Re-inspection: All Needed Repairs done by vendor in accordance with Customer Coating Specification BS-018-01 Rev 2, as confirmed by visual inspection. See Photos on Described Mudcracking Issue.

Benefits to Our Customer: By using Fraza Inspection Team, Customer saved a lot of of time and money preventing excessive expenses per back charges for Re-works at field site per unacceptable issues on Painting, If Not Corrected/Repaired in timely manner at Vendor Shop.

Items Inspected: Blower Skid Structure.

Findings: Issues observed, Sharp edges on all corners, weld defects such as excessive convexity, welds not seal welded as specified, unacceptable concavity, weld ends no properly tied into adjacent welds, lack of fusion, undersized fillet welds, overlaps, no completed welds, surface damagings on base metal, undercuts.

Re-Inspection: All needed repairs completed by Vendor. See Photos on typical Issues as Described.

Dimensional Inspection per ITP BS-T9087 Rev 1, Item 9 and Drawing BS-9087-3 Rev 3.

Item Inspected: Blower Skid Structure.

Findings: Location of Welded Nuts Item 19, 7/8” A-194-2H, Specified Dimension, 4768mm, Actual as Measured, 4760(Minus 8mm). Customer Project Team has confirmed, correction is necessary to get the referenced Dimensions to within tolerances per Project Requirements since the referenced Welded Nuts Item 19, are to be used for field connections.

Re-Inspection: Dimension as measured after corrections, 4769mm (plus 1mm) within tolerances per project requirements. See Photos on measured dimension after Correction.

Items Inspected: Main Beams and Columns.

Findings: Holes with internal sharp edges not yet ground smooth to a 1/8” mínimum radius as specified, damagings per no proper handling, weld defects such as excessive convexity, overlaps, unacceptable undercuts, lack of fusion, pieces of unconsumed weld wire.

Re-inspection: Repairs completed by Vendor. See Photos on typical issues as originally detected.

Final Surface Preparation/Painting inspection per Inspection and Test Plan ITP-HL-S7809 Rev 0 SEC Number 17.0, Customer Specification HL7809G Rev 4 and Drawing HL-7810-01 Rev 3.

Findings: Paint defects such as pinholes, áreas with no full paint coverage, lumps, runs, sags and blisters.

Findings: Issues Observed, Porosity in Welds, underfills, lack of fusión, overlaps, pieces of unconsumed Welding Wires, Arc Strikes, Beams fabricated from three plates with joints fillet welded from one side only showing rusting bleed out on side not seal welded, unacceptable undercuts on Welds, Critical Damagings on Base Metal, Sharpened edges in bolt holes and Edges of Base Metal, Loose Mill Scale under Coating Applied, Excessive Spatter, A lot of Runs and Sags on paint.
