Vendor Location: Fabricator of Valves in Mexico City.
Visual Inspection per ITP-HVM-037-03 Rev 2, Customer Spec HVM-037-01 Rev 1 and Referenced Documents.
Equipments Inspected: Item 1.2 Pressure Regulator Valve w/Flow Limit (4”). Installation of Pressure Gauges at Upstream and Downstream Positions.
Findings: Pressure Gauge 14” Range placed at Upstream Position as well Pressure Gauge 7” Range placed at Downstream Position in accordance with Project Requirements, except on Valves Tag Numbers 7058QS1302-RYT1 and 7058QS1302-RYT2, Position for Pressure Gauges 7” and 14” Range, was found inverted, the one for 7” Range had been placed at Upstream Position and the one for 14” Range had been placed at Downstream Position.
Re-Inspection: Issue Corrected as witnessed by Fraza Team. See Photos as illustration on described Issue.
Benefits to Our Customer: By using Fraza Inspection Team, Customer saved a lot of of time and money preventing excessive expenses per back charges for Re-works at field site per unacceptable issues on Assembly, if Not Corrected/Repaired in timely manner at Vendor Shop.
