Vendor Location: Fabricator of Induction Motors in Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Final Visual Inspection on Painting per ITP-BM-12502-03 Rev 1 Item  10.1 and Customer Paint Specification BM-12502-PS-02 Rev 1.

Item Inspected: Completed Induction Motor.

Findings: Several locations with not full coating coverage, areas observed painted over foreign material, as well other ones found with painting applied over surfaces extremely contaminated with oil.

Re-Inspection: Vendor has completed on all needed repairs as confirmed by Visual Inspection. See Photos on Described Issues as originally found.

Final Visual Inspection per ITP-BM-12502-03 Rev 1 Item  4.1 and Drawing 12502-BM-01 Rev 2.

Item Inspected: Completed Induction Motor.

Findings: Spatter in Several Locations and welds showing porosity and not properly seal welded, Not Acceptable to referenced drawing.

Re-Inspection: Vendor has completed on all needed repairs as confirmed by Visual Inspection. See Photos on Described Issues as originally found.

Benefits to Our Customer: By using Fraza Inspection Team, Customer saved a lot of of time and money preventing excessive expenses per back charges for Re-works at field site per unacceptable issues on Welding and Painting, if Not Corrected/Repaired in timely manner at Vendor Shop
