Visual Inspection per ITP-HVM-057-01 Rev 1, Customer Spec HVM-057-03 Rev 2 and Referenced Documents.

Items Inspected: Item 2.3 Pressure Control Valves (4”), Tag Numbers 74620TY09-RCT, 74620TY209-RCT and Item 2.4 Flow Control Valve (2”) Tag Numbers 74620TY53-RCT-7, 74620TY53-RCT-8.

Findings: Gasket Seats of Field Connection Flanges, Observed Painted. Not Acceptable to Customer Specification HVM-057-03 Rev 2 Section 5.6.

Re-Inspection: Vendor has removed the paint from Gasket Seats of Field Connection Flanges in order to get compliance to Customer Document referenced above. See Photo on described issue as originally found.

Item Inspected: Item 2.3 Pressure Control Valves (4”), Tag Numbers 74620TY09-RCT, 74620TY209-RCT and Item 2.4 Flow Control Valves(2”)Tag Numbers 74620TY53-RCT-7, 74620TY53-RCT-8.

Findings: Plugs installed in Magnetic Material, probably Carbon Steel Galvanized, Not in Accordance with Datasheet 2885739-DS-300-4055-735 Rev 0(Item 2.3) and Datasheet 2885739-DS-300-4055-733 Rev 1(Item 2.4), which specifies for Plugs in Stainless Steel Grade 316 Material.

Re-Inspection: Vendor has removed the plugs in Carbon Steel Material and installed the correct plugs in Stainless Steel Grade 316 Material. See Photo on described issue as originally found.

Benefits to Our Customer: By using Fraza Inspection Team, Customer saved a lot of of time and money preventing excessive expenses per back charges for Re-works at field site per unacceptable issues on Wrong Materials and Not Compliance to Project Specifications, if Not Corrected/Repaired in timely manner at Vendor Shop.
